Major investment bank seeks finance & corporate attorney for a part-time temporary assignment. This position will be 3 days a week 9am-6pm approximately but candidates must have flexibility to work longer hours as necessary.

 

Attorneys will be supporting affiliates in finance corporate, and reviewing and drafting legal documents including formation and dissolution documents, powers of attorney, resolutions and secretary’s certificates.

 

Attorneys will also be reviewing and drafting charter and constituent documents for entities and advising on questions relating to Federal Reserve reporting of affiliate and subsidiary information, coordinating responses to year end audit inquiries, supervising and coordinating process to pay and file franchise taxes and annual reports, qualifying entities to do business in various jurisdictions, consulting with local counsel as needed, coordinating year-end updates of entity information,  and handling special projects relating to affiliate management.

Position Summary

Performs routine groundskeeper functions of the community in and around assigned common

Essential Job Functions

1. Maintains grounds property and common areas: Performs general clean-up; cuts lawns;
trims and edges around walks, flowerbeds, and/or walls; prunes shrubs and trees to shape;
rakes leaves and other yard debris; removes litter. (90%)

2. Performs general maintenance throughout the course of daily activities which can include
but is not limited to replacing light bulbs, picking-up debris, caulking, and other general
repair and preservation duties; reports needed repair and/or maintenance to the
maintenance supervisor. (5%)

3. Keeps current on communication received from management on company policies and
regulatory compliance, and performs duties based on those requirements; assists in non-
routine maintenance activities as requested by immediate supervisor. (5%)

duties. Directs residents to appropriate community associate for assistance, if approached.

Education

Requires a high school diploma, GED (General Educational Development), or equivalent. Prefer
vocational education and training in the trades as a basic background to perform grounds
keeping duties and to assist with general community maintenance and upkeep.

Experience

The duties of this position can be learned within three to six months of on-the-job training;
requires ability to work with trade tools and understand general community grounds keeping
concepts.

Other Skills

Requires a self-motivated, team-player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
when working with community associates. Must be neat, meticulous and pay attention to
regulations and details when completing tasks.

The successful candidate will possess advanced skills in one or more technical area; three years related experience and/or training; must hold HVAC or EPA certification. Property management firm experience is preferred, but not required.

Job Description:
Our client in downtown Cleveland is searching for  someone  with consumer collections experience.  Work to collect full amount of outstanding debt or identify and implement payment plans.
 

This position will go to full time but will start at approximatly 20 plus hours per week.

This position requires the ability to resolve outstanding billing issues, identify issues that have prevented the borrow from paying on time and set up plans to get them back on track.


MINIMUM of two years experience as a Consumer Collector (bank/credit union or mortgage).


Knowledge of loan collections (vehicle and personal) and also knowledge of collections for savings/checking accounts is preferred.
Knowledge of fraud and bankruptcy an absolute must
