Title: HSE Officer

Description: To control, monitor and improve the safety of work activities, with the aim of preventing accidents. This represents a key role in helping control occupational risk and minimizing operational loss.

Duties:

Ensuring that all operational activities are carried out in accordance with Company’s safety policies, statutory regulations & guidelines.

Leading in-house trainer for safe working practices and procedures for work site operations & procedures.

Delivering safety induction training to new starts.

Developing & maintain training & competency records.

Carrying out periodic inspections of, and prepare inspection reports for, Company equipment (including safety equipment), as required.




Role requires the following minimum experience:

• 5 years offshore working in safety related job.

• 3 years experience as Safety Officer and of safety management systems and procedures (experience of adherence to ISO 9001 preferred).

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in related position
- Able to work in team
- Have good understanding of computer (MS word, excel, power point & visio) and also internet

environment
