Extensive working knowledge of all grant and audit regulations, including but not limited to the administrative requirements, cost principles, audit requirements, OMB circular A-50, OMB Circular A-133, the Government Auditing Accounting Principles (GAAP) and the Yellow Book.
Experience working with audit resolution.
Excellent writing and math skills.
Auditing, finance, or accounting experience.
Excellent analytical skills
Ability to write Grants
Extensive working knowledge of OMB Circulars (A-50, A-133) and has them memorized.
Exceptional writing skills a must. Writing samples will probably be requested.
Must be able to analyze, combine recipient's reports, add legal terms and requirements and justification in why accepting or rejecting the cost.
10 + years of experience
Finance and/or Accounting Degree
Proficiency in Excel
Detail oriented and organized

Currently we have an opening for Key Account Delivery Manager with our client in Mexico. It is Fixed Term Contract position and client is looking for someone who can speak fluent Spanish.
The Key Account Delivery Manager reports to the Key Account General Manager (line) and the Director Delivery Management (global accounts) or the Regional VP Delivery and Services (regional account) on a functional basis.
Responsibility
l Plan, manage and monitor all service delivery projects in the accounts, guarantee that key delivery problems are solved and be responsible for the achievement of delivery business goals (revenue, invoicing, Inventory Turnover (ITO) and Cost Performance Index (CPI).
l Prepare preliminary budgets for each scope (contract) and accurately transmit contract requirements to project delivery teams. Monitor the fulfillment of contracts and escalate issues and risks as per agreed escalation procedures. Monitor resource utilization and support the Project Manager to successful delivery. Provide unified reporting to Account Director / Sponsor.
l Manage and monitor the complete operation process of service business from Pre sales through Contract Handover, Order Fulfillment, and Invoicing to Contract Closure in order to ensure the fulfillment of contracts and achieve invoicing goals.
l Manage customers' expectations, enhance customer perception, and improve customer satisfaction by solving problems in the delivery process.
l Identify opportunities to expand the service offering within the account.
Requirement
l Ideally the candidate will have at least 10 years experience in the communications or computer industry.
l Five years or more experience in customer-oriented program / project management with a proven track record of delivery.
l Three years or more experience in managing large program / project teams.
l A strong business understanding with well developed negotiation, relationship building and conflict management skills.

l Capability of understanding the customers' requirements in the communications industry and communicating the customers’ management team at C Level.
l Strong team building, leadership and management skills.
l Successful experience in the delivery of large projects and programs.

Principle Accountabilities:
· Responsible for the overall E2E direction and management of contracts under your remit and assist with other contracts when requested.
· Reviews and manages contractual obligations of the parties and tracks the implementation progress of the project in coordination with Technology Project team, Operations team and Sourcing team e.g. equipment delivery time lines, systems upgrades, etc.
· Responsible for issuing reports regarding contract status, compliance, modifications, etc.
· Provides continual review of all contracts under his responsibility to ensure all terms and conditions are met.
· Supervisor of contractual delivery / contract change management and driver of accelerating cash flow-in
· Reports any deviations from contractual obligations (e.g. committed SoW and PIP), delays in equipment delivery, shortages in delivered BoQ, malfunctioning equipment, etc) and notifies the supplier on those deviations and potential contractual implications e.g. LDs or legal proceedings.
· Keep track of all additional SOW changes requested throughout the life of the agreement.
· Identifies risks and issues, suggests alternatives and implements BATNA that creates a win-win solution.
· Proactively work with the suppliers and teams to resolve contractual issues, interfacing with Legal as needed.
· Assess any applicable penalties, Liquidated Damages, and service credits based on continuous performance monitoring.
· Analyze and incorporate any change requests as appropriate during the life cycle of the contract
· Lead the contract fulfillment process and where required draft and negotiate moderate to complex, routine contractual terms and performs contract close-out activities.
· Attend regular review meetings with network operators and stakeholders, working with Client decision makers, take action required to resolve commercial issues. Additionally, acts as primary contact between project team and/or business unit and Legal, ensuring all legal and contractual matters are addressed efficiently and promptly.
· Provides management with monthly updates on status of implementation progress of contracted scope from mobile operator, arising issues and impact on Client business.
· Working with the project manager ensuring that risks are captured, communicated and managed from a financial and contractual perspective and that PO and invoice planning and clear, concise and delivered in a timely manner.
Requirements:
· Master degree or abovein telecommunication, electronics, or engineering, economics, international business or legal.
· At least five years of work experience in telecommunications environment, familiar with pre-sales services, sales support, bid management, finance and commercial management, project management, cross product technology;
· Feel comfortable in multinational environment; good team player;
· Effective written and oral communicator
· Enthusiastic, flexible and adaptable, looking for new challenges.
