Position Summary:
The Security Officer is responsible for assisting in the planning and establishment of security procedures and regulations, in compliance with local state and federal regulations which will ensure a safe and risk-free environment in and around facility. They are expected to be observant and detail oriented, reporting any unusual occurrences to the appropriate individuals. Duties included, but not limited to: thorough patrols, the management of the access control systems, visual inspections of personal belongings to prevent contrabands entering the building, stand by, escorts, storage and disposition of lost & found items, investigations, and parking issues.

Job Description:
· Will need to maintain large/complex pieces of inserter equipment and sophisticated software for an on-site based Customers.
· These machines are 60% mechanical, 20% electronic, and 20% software driven.
· Key Accountabilities: Proactively schedule and perform preventative maintenance, Trouble-shoot customer reported problems, Proactively monitor, schedule, and prioritize tasks to maximize customer satisfaction, Manage a queue of calls to ensure that customers are contacted within the established guidelines, and that incidents are closed in a quality manner within the established guidelines. Work in a high performance team environment, Build and help strengthen strong customer relationships, Plan and perform equipment upgrades and new installations, Perform afore mentioned duties in customers outside of normal working environment,Work a demanding 11 hour shift
Required Skills/Experience:
· Prior mechanical/equipment maintenance experience
· Good Hand tool Experience
· Electronic assembly or maintenance
· Good technology and software skills
