v  Explore and develop innovative and profitable new business opportunities and to seek out opportunities to increase existing business and selling capabilities with existing group of clients.

v  Prepare tenders and quotations in cooperation with the sales and business developments departments for both local as well as overseas accounts.

v  Develop a positive culture within the operations which promotes continuous improvement and the development of the team

v  Managing planning activity to ensure effective use of resources and delivery of service is achieved within budget

v  Negotiate with suppliers or customers to improve supply chain efficiency or sustainability.

v  Resolve problems concerning transportation, imports or exports, or customer issues

v  Fully aware of the Libyan customs law and regulation, applied on all customs entry points (Ocean Ports, Airports, and Land freight customs points within the surrounded countries).

15. Perform technical test procedures and recognize water and wastewater treatment problems during analysis of test results.

16. Keep records accurately and neatly and prepare clean and concise reports.

17. Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.

18. Manage multiple tasks within a given time frame and insure accurate results.

19. Work with limited supervision and exercise sound judgment.

RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to: 

Belvika is looking for a Traffic Supply Chain Coordinator to manage the day to day coordinating and supervision of planned shipment traffic.  We are looking for a professional candidate who has a lot of energy who is looking to join a fun company.

 


Lead, manage and ensure shipping processes and procedures are followed by internal personnel

Ensure all shipments to customers are in compliance with each customers compliance and routing requirements

Monitor customer routing and compliance guides weekly to ensure customer requirements are met

Communicate and document all routing and compliance requirements or changes in requirements to appropriate internal personnel and 3PL contacts

Monitor and implement continuous improvement initiatives to advance service levels to customers, profitability of company, and other employees

Maintain accurate shipping records, forms and related documentation for both internal and external requirements

Responsible for coordination with trucking companies for pick ups and delivery

Ensure accurate inbound and outbound counts

Communicate pick up and/or deliveries with customers

Including all other duties assigned and required by Production Planning Manager or Production Plant Manager


 

REQUIREMENTS:


Must be fluent in English reading and writing

Previous order entry experience

Previous Traffic/Supply chain experience

Strong organizational and time management skills

Minimum 2 - 5 years experience

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Computer Skills: Previous ERP or MRP System Experience examples SAP, Epicor, Dymnamics, Sage, Pack Manager

MS Office and understanding of Network Server environment

Our corporate client, a leading international aerospace company is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst for a contract-to-hire opportunity. Due to their growth of their logistical supply program management involvement at Warner Robins Air Logistics Center, we are seeking an experienced supply chain professional to be based at Warner Robins Air Force Base in Warner Robins, Georgia.

The desired candidate will be able to analyze aircraft components together in a kit format. Analysis consists of the number of kits, recovery of unused items, replenishment of kits and recovery of repairable items. This individual will play a key role in developing procedures and methods on consumption reporting related to the kit components and additional related contents. The ideal candidate would also work to develop strategies to achieve the kit integration process including resource allocation, supply flow, staging, warehousing and technology needs analysis.

Related supply chain experience in a high volume, parts or commodities distribution environment.
