P&C has an opening for an Automatic Press Operator Trainee. Qualified applicants must have a General Education Certificate (GEC) with preferred completion of technical/vocational schooling, will possess six months of experience working in a manufacturing setting, must be able to prove mechanical inclination, quality systems knowledge, computer literacy and general math knowledge through standard tests, must be willing to attend off-site, job-related training classes, must be willing to both train on and work on any shift, and possess an excellent work record (i.e. limited employee warnings), including attendance.

            The current hourly rate is 775 HUF/per hour. Employees within the first six months of an open job and employees with extended orientation periods are ineligible to apply. 

 

           

Engineer Production Engineering

 

The Engineer Production engineering ensures the design and optimisation of the production lines turbochargers.

 

Function contents:

•          To analyse, report and solving disturbance to the process at the automated production lines;

•          Adapting of tools, clamping jaws and components of the production machines by means of the chipping machines (with an exactitude up to 0.001 mm);

•          Contact with external suppliers and external experts, such as fitters of (production) the machines;

•          Establish and analysing the annual Process File Mode/Effects Analyse (P-FMEA) and the Control plan. In P-FMEA process risk is described. On the basis of this you recommend.

•          Transfer information to the production department and coach the production staff.

•          On the basis of drawings that hang on the machines, for example, assessing tolerances/diameter, then through the memory card the programme of the CNC-machine is called and adjust the coordinates.

•          Solving process disturbances to the CNC machine through processing steps PLC’s (input, output, X and Y)

 

 

Your profile:

You have to be a team player

You have to have experience with SIX SIGMA program

You have minimum an education in the direction of higher mechanical engineering, general operational techniques or equivalent, completed with knowledge of PLC - controls, and you have some years relevant work experience. You take initiative and strive for a further deepening of your professional knowledge and personal development. You are fluent in speaking and writing the English language.
