This is an initial 6 month freelance consultant role. Subject to a 6 month review we will then, based on targets, work ethic and positive attitude both in and out of the office, progress you to a senior business development role within the company pending review.

The Business Development Consultant role will be based in Fascination Avenue’s Regional Asia office, Kuala Lumpur, working with one of our key clients within the Wealth Management or Property Industry. 

On a daily basis you will be required to approach potential expatriate clients via the telephone on behalf of Fascination Avenue and our clients to promote the services of our client, using sales and marketing experience to ensure that both team and personal sales targets are met. 

This role requires fluent verbal and written (preferably mother tongue) English due to the high percentage in dealing with British expatriates. Other languages may be beneficial. 

A proven track record of working within sales and business development based role with corporate and/or private clients is imperative as this will make up 95% of the role. 

Successful applicants will have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products, mainly Word and Excel.

The Business Development Consultant will be responsible arranging meetings with expatriates relating to a number of specific expatriate needs and may be required to assist Fascination Avenue in the organization and smooth running of our various events, thus applicants shall be well versed in being both presentable and professional at all times. 

The Business Development Consultant’s key duties will include:


Develops relationships with expatriates within our client’s key markets, arranging meetings for our client’s key staff to discuss offshore wealth management solutions with expatriates. Managing relationships and liaising with expatriate clients ensuring that Fascination Avenue meet our company sales targets, ensuring quality of service for clients.

Helping maintain the Fascination Avenue’s relationship with all of our clients.

Analysing sales statistics to determine improvement and growth within your own performance and determine future growth potential within your market.

Arrange/Assist in arranging events tailored for specific needs of Expatriates within our key markets.

Generating new leads through areas such as (but not limited to) networking within the region, contacting existing clients for referral relationships and traditional lead generation methods.

Business travel when necessary to drive the business to continued success.

SYDNEY INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

Dates

      The working holiday in Australia will run from 11th February until 2nd April 2012.

 

Location

      This program is held across a number of locations on the East Coast of Australia. It will commence    with 4 weeks in Sydney then it will move up the coast to Surfers Para­dise for a further 2 weeks. The final week will be spent visiting a number of amazing locations in Queensland including Fraser Island and Noosa.

ONLINE SOCIAL COMMUNITY MANAGER

Manage user submitted media, messages and emails, monitoring for inappropriate content, spammers or content that can be promoted.

Manage user experience with how-to documentation and useful tips in communications.

Oversee special sponsorship and contest programs and tagging.

Manage positive community site experience through customer service and support.

Manage content for email newsletters from contributors.

Participate in forums, blogs and relevant communities representing Motonation and its affiliates.

Participate in other online communities.



Job Requirements:


Intermediate-expert knowledge in online social communities.

Motorcycle enthusiasts preferred.

Compensation depends on your work program as defined above; some lighter work-load programs will have no compensation while others will have multiple benefits.
