1.Decide what day you would like to complete your assignment. Checks must be completed Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, April 27, 28, or 29.

2.Determine the showtimes of the assigned feature. Smaller theatres might have just 1 or 2 showtimes, while larger theatres, for example, may have 10 showtimes on 2 screens. All showtimes must be checked, so plan your day accordingly! Additionally, smaller theatres might not be open every day. It is your responsibility to determine showtimes!

3.Review your instructions and field form before leaving for the theatre!The 1-page form is simple to fill out. The total paperwork, including instructions and invoice, is 6 pages.

4.Arrive early enough to purchase admission for the very first showtime. If the feature is shown on 2 or more screens, you’ll need a partner for each screen, and tickets for the first showtime on these screens must be purchased, too. We will reimburse up to 2 tickets per showtime, per screen.

5.Accurately count all patrons attending all showtimes. You will also need to purchase tickets for the last showtime on each screen checked.

6.After completing the assignment, you’ll enter certain data from your report form online. Online reporting typically takes 5 - 10 minutes.

7.Finally, you’ll review your hardcopy report for accuracy and completeness, and send it in the mail to us, along with your invoice and ticket stubs.

This is an initial 6 month freelance consultant role. Subject to a 6 month review we will then, based on targets, work ethic and positive attitude both in and out of the office, progress you to a senior business development role within the company pending review.

The Business Development Consultant role will be based in Fascination Avenue’s Regional Asia office, Kuala Lumpur, working with one of our key clients within the Wealth Management or Property Industry. 

On a daily basis you will be required to approach potential expatriate clients via the telephone on behalf of Fascination Avenue and our clients to promote the services of our client, using sales and marketing experience to ensure that both team and personal sales targets are met. 

This role requires fluent verbal and written (preferably mother tongue) English due to the high percentage in dealing with British expatriates. Other languages may be beneficial. 

A proven track record of working within sales and business development based role with corporate and/or private clients is imperative as this will make up 95% of the role. 

Successful applicants will have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products, mainly Word and Excel.

The Business Development Consultant will be responsible arranging meetings with expatriates relating to a number of specific expatriate needs and may be required to assist Fascination Avenue in the organization and smooth running of our various events, thus applicants shall be well versed in being both presentable and professional at all times. 

The Business Development Consultant’s key duties will include:


Develops relationships with expatriates within our client’s key markets, arranging meetings for our client’s key staff to discuss offshore wealth management solutions with expatriates. Managing relationships and liaising with expatriate clients ensuring that Fascination Avenue meet our company sales targets, ensuring quality of service for clients.

Helping maintain the Fascination Avenue’s relationship with all of our clients.

Analysing sales statistics to determine improvement and growth within your own performance and determine future growth potential within your market.

Arrange/Assist in arranging events tailored for specific needs of Expatriates within our key markets.

Generating new leads through areas such as (but not limited to) networking within the region, contacting existing clients for referral relationships and traditional lead generation methods.

Business travel when necessary to drive the business to continued success.

Mystery Customer Researcher / Mystery Shopper

As a Helion Evaluator you will evaluate all sorts of services including, shops, restaurants, car showrooms, the list goes on. You will be set a scenario to follow for each evaluation and then you will be asked to fill out an online questionnaire.

You will only select the jobs you can complete in your area and that you have time to complete. 

You will be paid for each evaluation you complete at the fixed fee that you accept before you complete it. Each shop will pay anywhere between €10 to €40 per evaluation with each evaluation taking around 1 to 1 and half hours to complete. You will be paid monthly for the shops you complete by either bank transfer or Paypal. If you are asked to make a purchase by Helion, this will be reimbursed at the cost agreed before. 

The amount of evaluations you can complete each months depends on the following - 
-How often you apply for shops in your area. 
-How many projects and evaluations are open in your area. 
-The amount of competition you have with other Helion evaluators in your area. 
-The quality of your finished evaluations. 
-The amount of shops that you fit the required profile in your area. 

Mystery Shopping is not a full time employment but a great way to earn some extra income. 

You do not need to have experience to become a Helion Evaluator. Helion provides full in depth trainings and provides detailed instructions with every evaluation. 
You will need to have great communication and social skills in the local language to be a Helion evaluator because you will 
need to interact with staff members for each of your evaluations. It is also very important to have good written skills in English, you do not need to be the next Shakespeare but it is important to be correct.

Como avaliador da Helion, irá avaliar todos os tipos de serviços incluindo lojas, restaurantes, stands de automóveis, e assim por diante. Vai ser-lhe definido um cenário a seguir para cada avaliação e, em seguida, será convidado a preencher um questionário online. 

Só deverá seleccionar os trabalhos que possa efectuar na sua área e que tenha tempo para concluir. 
 

Por cada avaliação que efectuar, será pago com uma comissão fixa que deve aceitar antes de a completar.
